Fuel economy of vehicles is becoming driver target tighter year by year in order to reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. The electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) are the right compromise at sustainable mobility and performance driving. So the total market accounted for these vehicles will grow significantly in the next decade. Our team draws on its strengths in power electronics to supply inverters that satisfy different customer requirements.
The High Voltage (HV) inverter is the component for electrified vehicles which controls the e-machines (both three phase AC motors and generators).
Our solution has designed for a wide range HV battery voltage, up to 600 V, and its packaging and thermal design that makes it suitable for harsh shock and vibration requirements. The enclosure allows ease mounting on chassis.
The operational temperature range is -40˚C to 125˚C*.
The inverter uses a data communication for complete control of the shaft-torque (torque based). It is possible to monitor many electric and thermal parameters in addition to the current status during operation and warnings and errors to manage safety state. It is developed according to the ISO26262 as a SEooC (Safety Element Out Of Context)**, making this an outstanding choice for OEM vehicle electrical systems.

Our solution is very compact and so particular suitable for hard geometry in lightweight vehicles like a sport or hyper cars. We have two battery voltage range solution: one for hybrid application (PEHV) and one for electric application (BEV). The main difference is on battery voltage range, up to 550 V for a type and up to 1000 V for the others.
